If you don't like excising then just try to watch what you eat and how much of it. Thats what I do.

I understand what you mean. I too was in your shoes not too long ago. I absolutely hated exercise and still do! But I was motivated and determined to change my weight. And it worked! So, coming from experience and a successful outcome, here's my advise.
Exercise doesn't have to be going to the gym and running on a treadmill or lifting weights. It can simply be easy as going for walks or bike rides. So start by going for walks. I listened to music and that always helped for me. Along with that, watch what you're eating. Cut back on the "wants" (sweets, fatty foods, etc) and focus on the "needs" (fruits, veggies, grains, etc.). This is vital. You can walk all you want, and if you don't eat properly, you might was well just stay home. All these small tips are just the basic foundation to exercising. There's tons of websites and apps out there to help you as you progress forward. Just remember, it's going to be very hard and it's going to take a while. You just have to have faith and determination. If you have faith in your self, there'll almost always be a positive outcome. Because honestly, if you don't have faith in your self, you won't get anywhere other than the couch.
