"Bad grades"
I got a c on my mid terms and am trying to hide it from my parents because they will kill me if they find out. what should I do?

you should tell them, but in a very 'i'm sorry this happened' way. a 'c' isn't bad at all. that's nothing to be ashamed of, especially if it wasn't because of laziness...

Haha, I've had that happened to me. Well, actually it was a D, and it was this midterm also. First one in a very long time also.

Well, look at it like this. It's only your midterm. I mean come on, it's not in solid stone yet. Just tell them, and be honest why you haven't gotten the grade you may have been expected to get. The worst thing that happens is you get the 'dissapointed-in-you' stare. We've all been there for that one.

And anyways, if you try to hide it, they'll probably either A. Find it anyways, or B. Ask you about it.

If they do B, I wish to you the best of luck explaining your way out of it. It may be simple, it may not be. And you get the 'stare'.
