my son got a girl pregant. They are not getting married but has a beautiful baby boy, that was born a month early. My question is "Should I buy the mother of my grandbaby something for christmas?

What's funny is I went through this sort of thing except from the "daughter-in-law"'s side, if that makes sense.

My boyfriend and I got pregnant and I now have an amazing little girl. But that first Christmas, when I was 6 months pregnant, his mother actually asked him if she should get me a present.

Of course, he didn't tell me this before I got it. But, when I opened that sweater from that woman, I instantly felt affection for the woman.

It doesn't need to be anything too big. A sweater isn't too exciting, but it definitely made my Christmas.

I say why not? Regardless how this baby was concieved this is your grand baby and you should love him regardles and their should be no question in your mind about getting him something for the holidays.... and as for her i would understand if you dont want to get her anything but im pretty sure as long as you give the baby something she would be more than happy i dont see why not i would.
